VEGETABLES

Ginger, leeks, peppers, rhubarb, sweet potato,squash, spinach, turnips

NUTS and SEEDS

Almonds, Brazil nuts chestnuts, sesame seeds

OILS

Almond oil, avocado oil, fish oil, olive oil, sesame oil
